By car:
Take the Istanbul Airport exit, and follow the directions to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Sisli. The journey will take around one hour, depending on the traffic.

The applicants can obtain their visa after they fill in the necessary information concerning their identity, passport, and travel dates and pay the visa fee online. Taxi
The ordinary yellow taxis are everywhere in Istanbul. You can stand at a main street and wave your hand and you will easily catch one of them. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Congress secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations:
• Cancellation ON or BEFORE 30th August 2024: 50% Refund
• Cancellation AFTER 30th August 2024: No Refund
• All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the congress
